FAQs
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. We require a $200 rental minimum before delivery fees and taxes. This allows us to provide the same level of care and service for every order.
Do you offer delivery and pickup?
Yes. We offer delivery and pickup services for all rentals. Delivery fees are based on distance, order size, and logistics for your specific venue.
For some orders, client pickup may be available upon request.
When should I book rentals?
We recommend booking as soon as possible. Our inventory is limited and popular pieces often book months in advance, especially during peak wedding season.
What happens if an item I want is already booked?
If a piece you love is unavailable, we’re always happy to recommend similar items or styling alternatives that achieve a similar look and feel. Custom builds or special orders may also be available upon request.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period covers one event day. We typically deliver 1–2 days prior (depending on logistics) and retrieve items the day after the event.
If you need extended rentals, just let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer setup and styling?
Some items require professional setup, while others can simply be delivered. Setup services can be added depending on the items in your order.
What if something gets damaged during the event?
Normal wear is expected, but clients are responsible for loss, damage, or excessive cleaning if items are returned in unusable condition. a 10% refundable damage fee is charged on all orders, that will be returned if the items are returned in the same condition that they were delivered in.
We recommend assigning someone at your event (planner, coordinator, or venue staff) to help ensure items are treated with care.
Do you offer custom pieces?
In some cases, yes. We occasionally collaborate with clients to create custom-built rental pieces that become part of our permanent collection.
Custom projects are accepted on a limited basis and must align with our design aesthetic and long-term inventory plans.
If you have a specific idea in mind, feel free to include it in your inquiry.
