Booking & Payment
To secure your rental items, we require: A signed rental agreement and A 50% non-refundable retainer
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.
Orders placed within 14 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Changes to Orders
We’re happy to accommodate adjustments when possible.
Additions may be made based on inventory availability.
Reductions may be made up to 14 days before the event, but the retainer remains non-refundable.
After the 14-day mark, the order is considered final.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery fees vary depending on: Location, Order size, Venue logistics and Setup requirements
Delivery windows will be scheduled in coordination with your venue and planning team.
Clients must ensure the delivery area is accessible and ready at the scheduled time.
Additional fees may apply for: Stairs, Long carry distances, Specific delivery windows, Late-night pickups, Damage, Loss & Cleaning
Clients assume responsibility for rental items from the time of delivery until pickup.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Additional charges may apply for: Damage, Missing items, Wax, stains, or burns, Excessive cleaning
Weather Policy
If rentals are used outdoors, clients are responsible for protecting items from rain, extreme heat, or other weather conditions.
Items that are damaged due to weather exposure may incur replacement charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
The retainer is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, the full rental balance may be retained.
Responsibility & Liability
We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use of rental items.
Clients agree to ensure that all rentals are used safely and appropriately.
